When you join our Health and Strength Fitness Center, your membership is important to us whether you join for a month or a year. Your membership entitles you to a friendly, knowledgeable staff who are willing to help you with every aspect of your goal. We are here to help because we care! We are not a franchise operation. We are a family and locally owned gym
where you and your friends can get yourself into the shape you want, keep yourself toned or shape your body into a competitive physique or figure.
Weight Training
Your membership includes all the cardio, free weights and machines available during the hours of operation. It also includes our aerobic and spin classes that we offer during the week. We provide lockers for your daily use or they can be rented on a monthly basis. Private showers are provided to our members in a clean and sanitized locker room.
If cardio is your only concern, we have TUNITY which allows you to tune into your own FM radio source to listen to the audio while you exercise.
